Guide to Making MC

When you look around the shops on Mictica, I’m sure you see lots of wonderful things you would like to buy. So lets see if we can help you get some MC to spend. 1,000 Random Event: The easiest method by far is just to click around the site and find the 1,000 Random Event. You don’t have to pay anything to get it and the money is automatically added to your MC total in the Users Box on the right hand side of the screen. This happens frequently throughout the day and night and you are not limited to how many times you can get it. Flower's Number Guess: Flower’s Number Guess in the Non Flash Games section is also free to play and you can try it out 5 times a day. We have written a guide to this game which you can find in the Game Guides section on this site. Giveaway: Every so often, Zara feels she must reward our loyalty and will decide to give everybody an item from the site and some MC. You should check this every day just in case, because it has been known to happen very frequently. This is again in the Non Flash Games. These are all the easiest and cheapest ways to make MC on Misticpets, now for some Contests & Trivias that, while still free, may require you to put in a bit of effort. Distorted Pix: Distorted Pix is a few pixels of something on the site blown up so that your view becomes distorted. Looks difficult ? Well, break it down into easy steps and its not so hard. If you have a graphic editing program, you can reduce the size of the picture and compare it to items on the site with similar colourings and shape. Patience is a virtue here so don’t be inclined to rush off and enter your first idea. Take your time and eliminate as much as possible, you have a whole week to do this. Trivia & Who/What Am I ?: The Trivia and Who/What am I are very similar except no pictures, this time you are given clues to work with. Just take your time and think it all out and you’ll be surprised what you manage to get right. These 3 games all give you an item from the site and a decent amount of MC, so are well worth trying. Contests: It always amazes me the amount of talent pet site players have, and Misticpets welcomes artists of all genres to take part in monthly contests. Art, Writing and Poetry can make you a substantial amount of MC plus a very good item from the site and a beautiful trophy for your profile if you are chosen as one of three winners. Every month a theme is chosen and you are asked to work your magic within that theme and amuse and delight us with your contributions. So, now you have some MC and maybe even a few items which didn’t cost you anything to buy. You can open a shop and sell them, or put them up for trade or auction. There are more games onsite which CAN make you MC but require a participation fee or for you to gamble some of your cash. Have a look in our Game Guides section where we try to tell you a bit about the best way to go about tackling these games. There is an in depth guide to Higher or Lower and I can vouch for it as I wrote it LOL ! If you are very new however, I would suggest you stick to the free ways at first and try to save at least some, because the bank pays interest and the more you have on deposit the more interest you get.
