These are the questions that we get asked the most! So you won't have to keep asking us questions, and so we don't have to keep answering the same ones, we have compiled a FAQ for you to use beforehand! If your question is not here, head over to the forums to have it answered, or e-mail Lacey to have your question submitted to this FAQ.
Q: What is Misticpets Help?
A: Misticpets Help is the official help and fan site of Misticpets.com! We are directly connected with Misticpets and are the first to be informed about updates, new features, new pets, new items, and everything else there is to know about Mistic. Everything here is 100% accurate and designed to help you play Misticpets!
Q: Is there a 'library' of all the character and locations of Mistica or anything?
A: Yes, there is! You can click the first image in your navigation bar, the scrolls, or you can click here.
Q: Where can I find all the items of Mistica?
A: In the navigation bar above you'll see a Draklaita hugging an apple. Click that and you're there! Or, alternatively, you can click here.
Q: Where can I find all the pets and different themes?
A: Click the purple flower in the navigation bar, or here.
Q: I'm curious about all the different random events. Is there anywhere for me to find them all?
A: Yep! You can click the image on the navigation bar that looks like a miniature version of a random event, or click here.
Q: I can't find this new avatar! Where is it? Where is it?!
A: You can search for all the different avatars by clicking the image of two avatars in our navigation bar. You can also click here.
Q: What's the best way for me to make MC?
A: Check out all of our guides for information on this. :)
Q: I'm having difficulties on the forums! Gah! Help!
A: Be sure to read the forum FAQ before freaking out! If you aren't getting e-mail confirmation, make sure you've checked your junk mail/spam box. If you continue to have difficulties, e-mail one of the administrators here at Misticpets Help.
Q: I submitted content/fan mail/editorial stuff and I still don't see it up..
A: We've got a lot to sift through and sometimes we get some of the same things submitted. Make sure what you send to us is relevant and appropriate for the site, and that we don't already have the information. :) If it's related to Mistic, appropriate, and we don't already have it, you'll have to be patient.
Q: When are these "fan goodies" coming and what do you have planned?
A: It's confidential! Be patient and you'll see. :)
Q: There's some guides that you guys don't have. Can I submit one?
A: Sure! You can click 'Submit Content' on your left, or click here.
Q: Yeah, you guys don't have some guides that I think you should have, but I don't want to write it. How can I go about suggesting that you guys write it?
A: You can go to the forums via the navigation bar and visit the Suggestions? board for any suggestions. For a quicker way there, click here.
Q: What are the contests and events?! I see the board in the forums and I'm really, really curious! Do you give out large sums of MC or really rare prizes or what?!
A: You'll just have to wait and see! :D
Q: Aw, man, that's not fair. I want to knowwww.
A: The contests/events won't be nearly as exciting if we let you all know what we have planned!
Q: I really want to help out on Misticpets Help. How can I apply?
A: Right now, we are not accepting any applications. However, when we are taking new staff for open positions, we'll let everyone know. For now, just be as helpful as you can on the forums and you may get noticed for future opportunities!
Q: I see a lotttt of typos and grammatical errors in certain parts of the site.. It's really getting on my nerves. Can I please tell someone?

Q: I want to be an affiliate. What are the requirements?
A: Since we are a Misticpets site, as an affiliate you must also be related to Misticpets! Whether you're a site that provides graphics or just a general fan site, you can contact us if you're interested in becoming our affiliate. To contact us click the link under 'affiliates' to your left.
