How many accounts are allowed for each person on site?

Each site member is allowed to have one, and only one account.



Am I allowed to give my account information to a friend to take care of my pets if I go away for some time?

No. At no time should any other person access your account for you. Should you be going away for what you see as an extended time, we do the The Resort where you may board your pets for full care.



I have a brother/sister/room-mate that lives with me. Are we each allowed to have an account?

It is perfectly understandable and acceptable for this to happen. However, it is very important that your accounts be kept completely individual. This means registering with your own details, such as e-mail, password and date of birth, etc. You also should never, even though in the same home, access one an others accounts for any reason.



I no longer like my username/pets, can I make a new account and move my items to that one?

No, you may not create a new account. If this situation should come up, we do have an item in the Credit Shop that would allow you to change your account name without losing any other details or contents to your account. The item is called a User Name Tag or, UNT and sells for 200 credits. If you are unable to take advantage of the Credit Shop financially, you may watch for items on sale via Trades, Auctions and the Advertising Forums.



Following the last question, what if I don't take my items, can I just abandon that original account and have a new one?

No. There is really no reason for any member to abandon one active account to create another. All issues to create this need have been accomodated via the ability to change account name, pet names, pets species and themes.



If I am ever banned for any reason, am I allowed to create a new account?

Situations concerning banning vary in large ways. There is really no blanket answer to this question. Should you be banned, and to discuss it with a member of upper staff for certain answers, you can send a mail, with all account details and questions to the following e-mail address: MisticMedia@misticpets.com
